“Peanuts” animator dies: Bill Melendez, official animator for all the Peanuts classics, is dead at 91.
Star Wars: The Clone Wars: The cartoon that the new movie exists to promote starts its run on the Cartoon Network October 3rd.
TMNT: Ninja Turtles creator Kevin Eastman says there are talks about a new live-action reimaging of everyone’s favorite reptile foursome.
Watchmen on trial: Fox is trying to get a cut of Warner Bros.’ Watchmen action. Trial date is set for January 6.
First Transformers 2 video: Michael Bay’s Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen hits theaters June 26, 2009. Here’s the first video from the set.
LOST Season 5 cast: The first of probably several casting announcements for the next season that’s still (sigh) five months away.
