And it's used to make half the season a clip show. And then then he'll wake up in the Chinese prison between seasons 5 and 6, nearly escape, only to be recaptured (as we know he has to) at the end. Or he could escape because it's revealed in the second to last episode he's used advanced technology to travel through time. But there wouldn't be a point to time traveling back to when you were in prison, so forget that. In regards to your "they don't make them like they used to." I have to agree. While I may be a bit more jaded than the average viewer, I'm really hoping something changes this season, because I'm starting to feel like we do the same thing every season, except a different threat.
