This isn’t much of a blog post, but I do have to call attention to this.
Ladies and gentlemen, in the first new image since 1989, I present Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones.

The picture is rumored to have been taken by Steven Spielberg himself. While Ford’s looking a little older, his smirk indicates that he’s happy to be back in that costume and he’s ready to rock. Today is exactly three weeks before Harrison Ford’s sixty-fifth birthday, and if anyone can pull off a role like Indiana Jones at that age, it’s him.
I think an appropriate line to quote from the movie at this point in time would be one from Indy’s faithful sidekick, Sallah: “Indy! I am so pleased you are not dead!”
Meanwhile, when my mother saw the picture, her comment was, “That hat must be really manky by now.”

I heard that this next movie will be him and “his” son. Anything you know on that?
Have you seen Die Hard 4 yet? If Bruce Willis can do THAT at his age, I would hope Harrison Ford can still pull off a good Indy flick.
Live Free or Die Hard was a real kick. Though physically impossible as portrayed in the film, I think it would be really fun to “kill a helicopter with a car sometime.”
